Pricing
One price. Every feature. However big you get.
£249 a month plus VAT. Or £2,490 a year, which is two months free.
Every feature. Every customer. No tiers, no feature gating, no per-user charges, no “contact us for enterprise pricing” ladder. Every garage on Torqueflow gets the full system: AI voice receptionist, WhatsApp channel, customer portal, scheduling, online booking, invoicing, DVLA integration, the lot.
The price doesn’t move when you add a bay, hire a technician or open a second site. One number, published, the same for everyone.
30-day trial
Try Torqueflow on real customers, on real jobs.
Full access to every feature for 30 days, on your own customers and your own jobs. This isn’t a sandbox with sample data. It’s your workshop, running for real.
How setup works
We set you up on a demo call. By the end of the day your AI receptionist is answering, your customer portal is live, and your number is routing.
Bring your data across if you want to, or run the trial clean and import your history once you’ve decided to stay. Your customer records don’t leave your current system until you choose.
If it’s not for you at the end, walk away. No awkward cancellation calls, no retention offers, no hassle.

The comparison that actually matters.
The right way to think about Torqueflow isn’t “garage software vs other garage software.” It’s “garage software vs the next person you’d otherwise hire.”
A part-time front-desk person costs around £10-12k a year. A full-time UK reception hire is around £22k. Voice AI handles roughly 70% of inbound calls, the portal answers “where’s my car?”, and WhatsApp handles the back-and-forth on quotes and payments. That’s most of a receptionist’s day, done by software that costs a fraction of the hire, and it never calls in sick during MOT season.
And below the hiring threshold the maths still works. For a solo operator or small independent, two recovered bookings a month covers the subscription. The AI answers while you’re under a car, so the work that used to slip through to voicemail books itself in.
Your technicians stop being interrupted. Roughly a day a week of paid work back, per technician. Inbound calls, status enquiries, and quote approvals all flow through Voice AI, WhatsApp, and the portal. The bottleneck stops being the phone and starts being the workshop, which is the point.

AI Credits – how they work
How AI credits actually work
Your subscription includes 700 AI credits a month, plus your phone number. AI usage beyond that allowance is metered, so a busier workshop uses more. That’s the one part of the bill that moves.
What uses credits

The Xero integration – 50 credits per connected Xero organisation per month, debited on the day you connect and on the same day each subsequent month. About £4/month at the standard credit-pack rate.
What doesn’t use credits
Everything else. Scheduling, invoicing, the customer portal, DVLA lookups, reporting – all unlimited.
Need more?
Top-up packs are available and purchased credits never expire. No surprise bills, and no cliff edge: your phone always gets answered and your messages always get a reply, whatever your balance. On the demo we’ll look at your real call and message volume and tell you what to expect.
Your 30-Day Trial
Try the whole thing. For a month.
Full product, every feature, your real workshop. If it doesn’t earn its place in 30 days, walk away.
Most garages start with a quick demo so we can set them up on their own data. Prefer to dive straight in? You can start a 30-day trial for £1 and set yourself up.
How the trial works
Book a demo and we set you up on the call.
About 30 minutes. We take a £1 card check that reverses automatically. You won’t be charged anything during the 30 days. Want your existing records in? We’ll import them with you whenever you’re ready (a customer export, an Excel sheet, even scanned cards, we’ve seen all of it). It’s also fine to trial clean and import later.
Guided onboarding and team training, included.
Your AI receptionist answering, your portal live, your number routing. We get you working, not just signed up.
Run a real week of work on it.
Book customers, send quotes, raise invoices, take calls through the AI receptionist. It’s the full product, not a demo sandbox. Every feature is on.
Day 30: continue, or walk away.
We email you on day 28 and again on day 30. Stay, and your subscription starts on day 31 at £249 a month, on the card you verified. It rolls over automatically unless you tell us to stop. Not for you? Reply to either email and the account pauses. We keep your data for 90 days in case you change your mind. No retention calls, no awkward cancellation flow.
What’s included in your trial
Ready when you are.
Most garages start with a quick demo so we can set them up on their own data. Prefer to dive straight in? You can start a 30-day trial for £1 and set yourself up.
The fine print, in plain English.
No charges during the 30 days beyond the £1 card check, which reverses on its own. The card you verify is the card we’ll charge when the trial converts, and you can change it in Settings before then.
We email you on day 28 and again on day 30. If you’re staying, your subscription starts on day 31. It rolls over automatically unless you tell us to stop, which you can do by replying to either email. No charge if you stop, and no chasing.
Cancel any time after that. There’s no notice period. On monthly, you keep access to the end of the month you’ve paid for, and we don’t refund part-months. On annual, you pay £2,490 for twelve months, which is twelve months for the price of ten. We draw that payment down month by month at £249, so the last two months of the year are free. Cancel part-way through and we refund the whole months you haven’t used, up to the ten-month point. After that the payment is fully drawn down, so there’s nothing left to refund and months eleven and twelve are the free ones you’ve already earned.
Example: start annual on 12 January and cancel on 20 August. Five whole months have gone and you’re part-way through the sixth, which we don’t refund. So we refund months seven to ten: four whole months, £996..
