A bay is anything you would put on a schedule. That includes lifts, ramps, MOT bays, bodyshop bays, flat bays, and even a mobile van that travels to site. If you have two lifts, an MOT bay, and a mobile van, that’s four bays. Some garages count individual mechanics as a bay if they schedule work per person. The rule is simple: if it needs its own column in the diary, it’s a bay.

Yes, at any time. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle. Growing your workshop shouldn’t mean renegotiating a contract.

No. Add as many team members as you need – technicians, service advisors, admin staff. No per-seat charges.

If you want to continue, add your payment details and your subscription starts. If you don’t, your account is paused – we keep your data for 90 days in case you change your mind, then delete it.

Yes. You can port your existing garage number to TorqueFlow’s AI receptionist, or we’ll provide a new UK number. Your choice.

Your data is hosted in UK data centres and handled in compliance with UK GDPR. We don’t sell your data or your customers’ data. Ever.

Each location is billed separately by bay count. You get a single dashboard to manage all sites, with each location maintaining its own branding, phone number, and customer portal.

Yes. Pay annually and get two months free – that’s 10 months’ price for 12 months’ access. For a single-bay garage, that’s £1,000/year instead of £1,200. You can still cancel early for a pro-rata refund, but the refund is calculated against the 10 paid months, not 12 calendar months. For example, if you cancel in month 9, you have used 9 of your 10 paid months, so you get 1 month (£100) refunded – not 3.
