The import process includes validation and duplicate detection. If you’ve got three slightly different records for the same customer (it happens to everyone), Torqueflow flags them for review rather than creating duplicates.

English and Polski
Polish is the second language of the UK auto trade.
TorqueFlow ships in English and Polski out of the box. Each staff member picks their own language. Customers using the portal see Polish automatically if their browser is set to Polish – no sign-in, no admin work.
The Polish translation is aimed at Polish speakers living and working in the UK. Statutory terms – MOT, DVLA, VAT, HMRC – deliberately stay in English because that’s how they appear on customers’ paperwork.
Customer onboarding documents

Upload your terms, account-customer agreements, GDPR statements as PDF templates. TorqueFlow sends them automatically to new and upgraded customers, tracks acceptance via tokenised link, and surfaces a compliance badge on the customer list.

Built for UK garages
