Online Payments for Garages
Send the invoice. Get paid before the car leaves the forecourt.
The job’s done, the customer’s happy, and now you’re chasing the money. A cheque next week. A bank transfer they’ll “sort out tonight”. A card number read down the phone that you key into a terminal by hand. Every one of those is a gap between finishing the work and having the cash, and some of them never close.
Torqueflow takes the payment online, straight from the invoice. Connect your Stripe account once, and every unpaid invoice gets a Pay Now button. Take the card yourself at the desk, or send the customer a link by email or text and let them pay from their phone. The money lands back against the invoice on its own. Nothing to retype, nothing to reconcile.

Pay Now on a Torqueflow invoice, and the customer paying by card on their phone
A Pay Now button on every invoice
Connect Stripe once. Take the card however suits.
Connect Stripe in Settings, and Torqueflow adds a Pay Now button to any invoice with money outstanding. Tap Pay Now to open the card checkout there and then, hand the customer the screen, done. Or Send Payment Link to email them the invoice with a Pay Now link, or text them a short link by SMS.
They pay on Stripe’s hosted checkout, so card details never touch your systems. The invoice flips to Paid within a few seconds and the payment shows in its history. You don’t lift a finger after they tap pay.
Three ways to take it
Pay Now at the desk, a Pay Now link by email, or a short link by SMS. Same checkout, same result.

One link that clears the whole account
Three invoices, one tap, allocated oldest first.
Got a customer with three invoices outstanding? Don’t send three links. Send one statement payment link that settles the lot in a single card payment. Torqueflow splits what they pay across the invoices oldest first, so the account clears in the right order without you doing the sums.
Statement payment links
One link pays every outstanding invoice, allocated oldest first, automatically.

The payment posts itself. Refunds run through the credit note.
That’s the point of doing it here rather than on a standalone card machine. The payment posts itself against the right invoice, marks it Paid, and files the record. Refunds run through the credit note, so if you owe money back you refund the card in the same step you raise the credit.
Prefer to take cards in person on a physical terminal? That’s card payments with a TakePayments terminal, and the two work side by side.
Files itself, syncs itself
Posted to the invoice, marked Paid, recorded in history, and pushed to Xero. No end-of-day matching.
